Our business started out with one idea, and that was to make really good, crispy, gulten free crab cakes. That idea moved us into a small apartment above a garage in Yarmouth, Maine. That idea is still growing and with that into a brand new commercial kitchen in Bidderford, Maine at the Pepperell Campus.
Being certified in HACCP which stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. We are able to stay in compliance with all the rigorous FDA and State of Maine regulations for seafood handling.
